Big Brother Africa Returns in 2022, As Casting Begins
After a seven-year sabbatical, Mzansi Magic, a MultiChoice South African TV network, has announced the return of the legendary reality television show 'Big Brother Africa.'
The show is scheduled to premiere in 2022.
According to the latest rumours, casting for the show, dubbed 'Big Brother Mzansi' and produced by Randburg-based Red Pepper Pictures, has begun in earnest (same producers of the Nigerian edition of the show).
"This year marks 20 years since the very first Big Brother on MultiChoice's M-Net, and we are pleased to celebrate this milestone by commissioning a new Big Brother season, which will be housed under our Mzansi Magic stable," M-Executive Net's Head of Programming, Nomsa Philiso, said in a statement.
