Eedris Abdulkareem speaks from his hospital bed

Eedris Abdulkareem, a seasoned rapper from Nigeria, has spoken out for the first time following the disclosure of his failing health.

The management of the seasoned performer stated in a statement on July 6 that he recently received a renal failure diagnosis and has been receiving dialysis in a hospital in Lagos.

His management made a plea for ardent prayer and best wishes for the musician from Nigerians.

Eedris reassured his supporters that he was alright in a video he posted on his Instagram page on Thursday, July 7.

He thanked his fans for their support thus far and released a video of himself receiving dialysis from his hospital bed.

“Hello everybody, my name is Eedris Abdulkareem. I want to thank you all for your prayers and support, and I want you all to know that I am going to come out of it successfully. Thank you for your love and support. I really appreciate you all; I love you so much.

Today I am in my dialysis session, which takes 3 to 4 hours; after the dialysis, I go out to do my daily activities, but I am strong in body, spirit, and soul. Thank you, I want you to know that your prayers are accepted”. He said.
