A swarm of young guys trailed the Zazu crooner as they tried to catch some of the notes he threw out of his automobile.
Surprisingly, some cops disregarded their responsibilities and swiftly joined the fight for Portable’s money.

The video’s peak came when police officers on the road abandoned their duties and struggled to keep up with Portable as he collected money.
