In a video that went viral on social media, skit creators Great Egbuchulam, also known as Clean-Mumu, Solomon Mbata, also known as Baggy Universe, and Arinze Mbah, also known as Dat Skirtboi, denied ingesting faeces.
They said they were merely putting on a comedic routine.
According to the Nigerian News Agency, the skit creators denied any participation in Internet fraud, claiming they were utterly misunderstood after an anonymous passer-by captured the video, which went popular on social media.
“We weren’t eating faeces, as many people believe,” Mbah explained, “but we were illustrating the lengths to which many people, particularly adolescents, have gone in their quest for wealth.”
