The last is not held about death in the northern part of Nigeria as bandit raided three communities in Rabah Local government in Sokoto State killing at least 25 persons.
The attacks struck on Saturday in Kalhu, Tsage and Geeri villages near Gandi.
According to the report, the bandit shot fire from 5pm on Saturday till the next morning (Sunday).

They carted away with hundreds of cows, sheep and other valuables.
This is not the first time Rabah has been attacked. Many residents of the community are currently homeless while others took refuge at an internally displaced person camp in Gandi.
The helpless governor of the state, Aminu Tambuwal attended the mass funeral arranged for the 25 slaughtered by the bandits on Sunday.
Others who attended were security agencies, government officials and traditional rulers.
The governor condoled with the families after the funeral.
He assured them that the government would take drastic actions to end the barbaric attacks while calling on the community members to assist the security agencies with useful information to track down those responsible.
After the funeral, the commissioner of police Ibrahim Kajoe told reporters that four people including a man who pretended to be a lunatic but acting as an informant have been arrested.
The Commissioner said the government is taking drastic action including a forming a joint security operation to tackle the banditry and other crimes in the state.
So far, 108 people have been killed by the bandit from 2018 till date.
The President of Nigeria Muhammadu Buhari sent his condolences to the people of Sokoto on Sunday.
“The president, who was briefed about the incident and the arrests so far made by the police, condoles with Governor Aminu Tambuwal and the people of the State over the tragic incident,” Garba Shehu, presidential spokesman, said in a statement.
“President Buhari strongly condemns all acts of violence and terrorism against innocent Nigerians, reiterating that perpetrators and sponsors of such dastardly acts would be held accountable under the law.
“The president prays for the quick recovery of all those injured and assures that his administration will not relent in the fight to neutralise terrorists, bandits and kidnappers around the country.”
