The family of the slain bolt driver in Benin City has called for justice for the late Henry Osemwenkhai just as they also appealed to the state government and other spirited individuals to help cater for the children since their breadwinner has been killed.
A few days ago a bolt driver Henry Osemwenkhai went out as usual for his daily hustles unknown to him that death was lurking in the corner.
A fracas at Castle Hotel in GRA, Benin City between the late Henry and some lodgers ended up with some Nigeria security and civil defence Corps allegedly beating him to death.
Though his colleagues in the bolt industry protested to the NSCDC office where they were told by the deputy Commandant that those responsible had been arrested, the fate of the wife and the two little children 2years old boy and a 7months old girl looks bleak as their breadwinner is no more.
The wife Isoken said she is yet to come out of the shock of the demise of the head of the family.
She called for justice for her late husband.
The elder brother of the late Henry Tony Erhabor and the Inlaw say their only consolation will be for justice to be served to those who killed Henry Osemwenkhai.
A colleague Sunday Ogbonnaya that has joined in championing the cause of ensuring those involved in the killing be prosecuted said sadly the NSCDC has not even taken it upon themselves to visit the family.
Recently, the Edo State Police Command through its public relations Officer SP Yamu assured that once the investigation is completed all those involved will be made to face the full wrath of the law.
