President Muhammadu Buhari hosted elected members of the House of Representatives under the platform of the All Progressives Congress on Tuesday evening.

They were hosted inside Aso Villa, at the Banquet Hall of the State House, Abuja.
The hosting may be connected to the expected election at the House of Assembly and the Senate.
It could be recalled that in February, Buhari hosted them, including those that were vying for contestants.
There are complications as, despite the party leaders order, members are still fighting for the major positions. The two current House members fighting for speaker are Femi Gbajabiamila and a Plateau representative, Hamed Wase.
Others include the member representing Chanchaga constituency, Niger State Ahmed Bago and the spokesperson of the House, Abdulraza Namdas
The lawmaker, who represents Ehime Mbano/Ihitte Uboma/Obowo Federal Constituency Chike Okafor (APC-Imo), on Tuesday, formally declared his intention to run for the position.
