Justice Binta Fatima Nyako of the Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Justice Binta Fatima Nyako on Friday, nullified the suspension of Kogi State Senator, Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan by the Leadership of the Upper legislative Chambers.
The trial judge subsequently ordered the Senate to recall the suspended senator because her suspension for six months violated the Constitution and also denied her constituents adequate representation.
Recall that the embattled Senator was suspended following an allegation of sexual harassment she levelled against the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.
