COVID-19: Foundation Donates Relief Items To Edo Communities

There were sighs of relief in some parts of Ekewuan Community inhabitants, in Edo State, who in recent times have lived in abject hardships over the Covid-19 Pandemic when NAGIBDIAN Foundation donated some relief items to cushion the sprawling Consequences.

The donors, who had visited homes around Ekewuan barracks and environs made the donation of over one thousand assorted food items, Educational writing materials and hand sanitizers to Compliment Government efforts in the fight against the deadly Scourge.

Since the seat at home order of Governments at all levels, food shortages have continued to tell seriously on homes and families with their means of Livelihood halted by the restrictions

For NAGIBDIAN Foundation, they believed that little efforts in supporting the less privileged can go a long way in solving poor living conditions among rural dwellers particularly occasioned by the Novel Virus.

Speaking during the donation, the founder, Ikponmwosa Sydney Odigie explained that, he was encouraged to choose the part of giving back to the Society out of the numerous blessings from God.

He urged those who are yet to make sacrifices to do so by using the opportunity to bring succour to the people.

A convinced Odigie noted, “what I’m doing now is to encourage others during this trying times. As far as God gives we would continue to make our little contributions to save our people. I and my team would continue on this journey until our people are happy. Our dream is to see our people given quality education and clean portable water”.

However, some benefiting inhabitants expressed their satisfactions calling on well-spirited individuals to emulate the kind gesture of the donor.
