COVID-19: Mathew Iduoriyekemwen Donates 10 Bags Of Rice To Ikpoba Okha Community

The people of Umelo Community in Ikpoba Okha local government area of Edo state were so elated on Saturday 16th May when Honourable Mathew Iduoriyekemwen brought ten bags of 50kg rice to residents of the community to alleviate the suffering from COVID-19 pandemic.

Speaking on the delivering on behalf of  Honourable, Mathew Iduoriyekemwen his representative and Supervisory councillor of Ikpoba Okha local government area, Honourable Diamond, said that Honourable Mathew Iduoriyekemwen brought those items to alleviate the suffering of the common man and to also remind them to follow the rules and regulations of the government in combating the spread of COVID-19 pandemic so that no house in the community would be affected with this deadly disaster and also thanked them for the honour they have been doing for him since he came to political limelight.

While responding to the items, the Enogie of Umelu, Lucky Obarogie, represented by James Orobor said that they are very happy that a man of his calibre who they always call upon at any given point and he always answer them without fear or favour.  He noted that he responded to their need without being called upon yet.

The secretary of Umelu Community Mr Joshua Osayi poured encomium on Honourable for the honour done to them at this point in need and called on their ancestors to bless him and his family.

Among the people that represented the Honourable Mathew Iduoriyekemwen, Diamond Ogheriaghe, Mr Osagie, the publicity secretary of APC in Ikpoba Okha local government are, the women leader of the Ward, Mrs Patience Orue, the assistant women leader Mrs Iziegbe, the Chairman of the Ward Chief Uziogbe and Samuel Ugiagbe, a member of the APC.
