COVID-19 In Nigeria Spirals Out Of Control As NCDC Confirms 117 New Cases

Coronavirus in Nigeria seems to be spiralling out of Control despite measures by the Federal government to curtail the spread.

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control confirmed 117 new cases of the novel COVID-19 on Tuesday.

This brings the total confirmed cases in the country to 782.

According to NCDC, 59 cases were recorded in Lagos, 14 in Kano, 29 in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), 6 in Borno, 4 in Katsina, 3 in Ogun, and 1 in Rivers and Bauchi States respectively.

Nigeria has recorded 25 deaths and discharged 197 patient from the disease.
