Dirty Slap: Police responds to Bianca Ojukwu and Obiano’s wife incident at Soludo’s inauguration

The Anambra State Police Command said on Thursday that arresting Bianca, the wife of outgoing Governor Ebelechukwu Obiano and widow of the late Chukwuemeka Odumegwu-Ojukwu, for breach of public peace was unnecessary.

According to him, security agents at the Government House in Agu-Awka, Awka, the state capital, intervened promptly and prevented the brawl between the two characters from growing into a full-fledged affray, and Chukwuma Soludo’s inauguration as governor of the state went on as planned.

The two long-time rivals clashed at the event on Thursday, exchanging slaps in front of the cameras. As a result of the development, the outgoing governor, Willie, and his wife quickly left the venue of Soludo’s swearing-in ceremony.

The outgone Governor’s wife had left her seat to address the wife of the late Biafra icon, for her initial stance that she will no longer support the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA). Her attitude immediately caused emotions to fly as Bianca stood up to slap her.
