Youths numbering several tens on Wednesday February 6, 2019 decamped from the APC party and aligned with the PDP in Evbuotubu Ward, Egor Local Government Area.
The youths who claim that because they have been shortchanged for far too long in their former party had decided to follow their leader Shabba to the PDP in search of greener pasture.
They also added that they were sure that being in the same party with Senator Matthew Urhoghide will ensure a fair deal for them.

Receiving the youths who submitted their APC membership cards and burnt the broom which is their former party symbol, the PDP Ward Chairman thanked the youths and promised them equal and fair treatment in the PDP.
Senator Matthew Urhoghide enjoined the youths to be steadfast as their choice of the PDP will guarantee hope and fulfillment for them.
