Four Boko Haram members sentenced to life imprisonment

Four Boko Haram members, Shuaibu Abubakar, Salisu Ahmed, Umar Babagana-Umar and Mohammed Ali, have been sentenced to life imprisonment by an Abuja Federal High Court after being convicted of carrying out multiple bombings and killings in parts of the Federal Capital Territory and Suleja, Niger State, between March and July 2011.

The court, presided by Justice Bilikisu Aliyu, jailed the Boko Haram members for life after delivering judgment in the suit filed by the Federal Government after their arrest in 2011.
