The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari has arrived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to attend Expo 2020 Dubai.
Buhari Sallau, a presidential assistant, stated this on social media on Thursday.
The theme of EXPO 2020 Dubai is "Connecting Minds, Creating the Future," and it will provide an opportunity for Nigeria to join over 190 countries in forging authentic and meaningful connections "to build a brighter future for everyone."
Apart from touring the Nigerian Pavilion at the Expo on Friday, Nigeria's National Day, the President will meet with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Ruler of the Emirate of Dubai.
On Saturday, Buhari will be the Special Guest of Honour at the Unveiling Investment Opportunities in Nigeria Trade and Investment Forum.
