Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) officials on Tuesday morning arrested a High Court advocate Jack Bigambo on forgery-related charges.
According to the commission, the suspect is alleged to have forged the official stamp and signature of an EACC Advocate on his court documents and used the same to fraudulently secure Court Orders against the anti-graft agency.
The suspect, who practises as Bigambo & Bigambo Advocates in Westlands, Nairobi, is currently in custody at EACC Integrity Centre Police Station.
