The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control has confirmed 108 new cases of COVID-19.
This was disclosed on Thursday night through its usual channels, Twitter handle
The new cases now make the total cases of the confirmed patient in Nigeria to 981.
According to NCDC, of the 108 cases, 78 were confirmed in Lagos, 14 in FCT and 5 in Ogun State.
Nigeria has recorded 31 deaths and discharged 197.
The country’s President, Muhammadu Buhari had extended the lockdown in Lagos, Ogun state for another two weeks while the governors had agreed to lockdown the states for 14.
