The newly appointed minister of Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Nyesom Wike, has vowed to restore Abuja’s master plan.
Wike, a former governor of Rivers State, at his maiden news conference in Abuja shortly after his inauguration as a minister, said land allottees who have been given Certificates of Occupancy, C of O, but failed to develop would also lose the lands to give way to those ready to build.
“If you know you have built where you are not supposed to build, it will go down”, he said.
