Nigeria’s former Minister of Minister, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala has been formally confirmed as the next Director-General of the World Trade Organisation.
She is the first woman and first African to get the plum job of the World Trade bloc.
Okonjo-Iweala, a former Managing Director of the World Bank would assumed office on March 1 2021.
