She expressed her displeasure with the actions of the youths, noting that they should trek to bring awareness to their suffering rather than to honour politicians.

“Silly youths trekking their futures way. You don’t trek to bring awareness to your suffering plights but trek to celebrate politicians?

Smh!,” Omotola posted on her Twitter page.

Since the end of the 2015 elections, more than seven Nigerians have trekked for either president Goodluck Jonathan or president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari.
