Security personnel at the National Assembly in Abuja on Tuesday blocked Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan from entering the premises.
The Kogi Central lawmaker, who is currently under suspension, arrived at the gate with well-known activist Aisha Yesufu, rights campaigner Mama P, activist Randy, and a crowd of supporters.
Trouble started when the embattled senator was restrained from entering the office by the armed-to-the-teeth security operatives standing at the entrance.

The senator who was in the company of hundreds of pro democracy activists warned to step back from the National Assembly Complex by triggering happy policemen and other operatives attached to the legislative Chambers.
A defiant Senator Natasha and her supporters refuse to move as the security remains adamant, allowing them in.
Recall that Senator Natasha has been under suspension following the allegation of sexual harassment she levelled against the Senate President, Godswill Akpabio.
The court had ruled against the decision of the Senate for suspending Natasha and ordered her reinstatement, but the Leadership of the Senate has appealed the Court ruling.
