A Chieftain of the All Progressives Congress and former member of the House of Representatives, Egor/Ikpoba-Okha Federal Constituency, Honourable Ehiozuwa AGBONAYINMA has resigned his membership of APC.
He disclosed the news of his resignation to journalists at his residence in Benin City.
Addressing journalists in Benin City, the Edo State capital, the former lawmaker and APC House of Assembly aspirant for Egor Ikpoba Okha Federal Constituency Hon AGBONAYINMA, said It is disheartening to witness the all Progressives Congress in his constituency gradually becoming the property of one or a few individuals who are unnecessarily and undemocratically interfering in the political providence of the party in Ikpoba-Okha Local Government.

He added that leadership demands honest reassessment at every season in the life of a man.
He assured his teeming supporters that he is still in the race; however, he did not disclose his new party. For now, HON. EJ said the situation is insane, knowing that the party that used to be a platform for democratic growth has turned it into a private affair.
“It is disgraceful that some persons in APC Ikpoba Okha have retarded the growth of the party to the extent that some people stay in their private domain to decide what happens in the party. So that’s why I want to pitch my tenth with somewhere else, as nobody can kill my dreams”.
