Bola Tinubu, a chieftain of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and an aspiring candidate for the presidency attended Chicago State University, according to the university.

In an email answer to newsmen on Tuesday, Beverly Poindexter, who is in charge of official transcript requests, enrolment, and degree verification at CSU’s Office of the Registrar, said this.

Tinubu was a student at the institution between 1977 and 1979, according to a letter written by then-Registrar Lois Davis dated August 20, 1999.

“Mr Tinubu did attend our university, however, if further information is needed, go to studentclearinghouse.org website to make a formal request,” Poindexter wrote.
