The Detained National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure, and four others have been released on bail.
According to the zone 5 image maker Dsp Tijani Momoh, the bail was granted after some prominent members of the party stood as guarantors for the chairman.
He said, however, that the investigation would be completed and the matter charged to court if necessary.
On Wednesday, the national chairman was arrested owing to a petition against him before the Inspector General of Police, which thereafter mandated the AIG Zone 5 to arrest and investigate the issue.
The National Chairman of the Labour Party, however, appreciated his members for their role in setting him free and fingered the APC as allegedly behind his incarceration.
