Reno Omokri, a former aide to the former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has taken a swipe at the Minister of Information and Culture over a certain statement credited to him.
Lai Mohammed had said that Presidency couldn’t release the medical Bill of President Muhammadu Buhari for the sake of National Security.

Reacting, Omokri stated that such statement is at variance to Buhari’s transparency policy.
Omokri said “Lai Mohamed, who said PMB wasn’t ill now says exposing his medical bill harms National Security. How much can it cost to cure a healthy man?
“President Buhari is an employee of Nigeria. He is accountable to Nigerians. He must tell us how much of our money he spent on his health!
“By refusing to divulge how much of our money he has spent on his health, President Buhari is not walking his talk on transparency”
