Following the revelation made by NAIJA CENTER NEWS concerning the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on how they turned teachers to slaves by enriching themselves and threatening to sack teachers who expose their atrocities, a source in the Presidency has revealed to our correspondent that the allegation has been brought before the Presidency and has ordered the Minister of Petroleum, Mrs. Alison Madueke to act on it.

NAIJA CENTER NEWS gathered that Bola Olegunleko, the NNPC Warri Zonal manager who perfected the techniques employed by the previous manager, Alhaji A.U Babangida to loot the teachers’ salarieswas invited to Abuja to explain the embezzlement allegation. “He was questioned on the allegation that he has syphoned the teachers’ salaries to enrich himself which he completely denied, said a source”

According to the information gathered by NAIJA CENTER NEWS, Olugunleko has commenced plans to sack the enslaved teachers and lighthouse who revealed to the teachers that they were entitled to a huge amount of money instead of the N55,000 that is being currently paid to them.

It was gathered that Warri Zonal Manager, Olugunleko held a meeting with Lighthouse where they resolved that the agency (Lighthouse) should stop visiting the school, rather the slave teachers will be in position to visit the agency for any dealings. This was a resolution reached to stop Lighthouse from revealing further information to the teachers.

It was also gathered that the Zonal Manager has began the move to sack the teachers without gratuity entitled to them. And threatened to make their lives miserable should the management refused to obey the instruction of sacking the teachers.

According to the information gathered, Olugunleko is expected to retire in January, 2014 with his looted teachers’ money.

In November 24th, NAIJA CENTER NEWS contacted Mr. Olugunleko Bola over his involvement in turning the teachers to slaves, he promised to get back to us as his management were currently on the issue. Further attempt to reach him has yielded no result as Olugunleko continuously avoid responding.
