Spain will face the winners of the Portugal versus Croatia round of 32 clash in the round of 16 stage following an emphatic 3-0 win over Austria at the Los Angeles Stadium on Thursday evening.
Real Sociedad star Mikel Oyarzabal scored a brace while Pedro Porro grabbed a late goal as the European champions clinched their first World Cup knockout match since 2010.
The first goal was Oyarzabal’s 16th strike in his 16th start for his national team.
