Nigeria international Victor Osimhen is set for a move to Chelsea this summer after the London side failed to sign the Napoli star last summer.
Chelsea was in the running to sign the Nigerian but ultimately failed to get their man as neither club could reach an agreement.
The former African Footballer of the Year (2023) was also reportedly the subject of interest from Saudi Arabian giants, Al Hilal albeit they did not sign the striker.

Osimhen is wanted by the Blues as revealed in a story published by English media outfit, Football Transfers who also report that Chelsea are also casting their eyes on Ipswich Town’s Liam Delap.
“We have been informed that Osimhen has set his sights on completing a move to Stamford Bridge this summer, with the Blues interested in signing the 26-year-old as they look to purchase a prolific goal scorer ahead of the 2025-2026 season.
“The 26-year-old will be available for a fee of between €75-80 million (about £68m) due to a release clause in his Napoli contract, and he is expected to depart from the Serie A giants on a permanent deal this summer,” the report stated.
Osimhen in the last summer also attracted the interests of Premier League sides, Arsenal and Manchester United.
Liverpool have also been mentioned as a likely destination for the striker.
Osimhen was on target Thursday evening as his on-loan club, Galatasaray beat Fernerbahce.
