A Kenyan ex-medical officer faces charges for defiling and impregnating a 16-year-old girl in Migori County, southwestern Kenya.
The suspect, who is in his 60s, was arrested yesterday (Thursday) and is being held behind bars awaiting arraignment.
Police report shows the retired officer committed the act on the day he had gone to the victim’s home to treat her while her mother was away.
