In Congo, a 9-year-old kid and his 11-month-old sibling were allegedly forced out of the house by their aunt because of a witchcraft accusation.
The homeless youngsters lost their father due to "lack of care and money," according to Facebook user Ivuoma Tom, and their mother died after childbirth.
They stayed with their aunt until she ejected them, accusing them of being witches who were causing her life and business to fall apart.
Ivuoma captioned a photo of the orphans, "They have been living on the street for 2 months now, and they are feeding with the help of generous people they find on the street.
"But they don't have a fixed roof to sleep on; it's on the walking table that they sleep with their brother (baby).
"That bag they hold in their hands is their suitcase where they put their clothes."
Referring to his conversation with the poster said, "ISAAC told me that his father was a taxi driver who died due to lack of care and money. His mother died from Cesarean while giving birth to his little brother."
"While the majority of his family are in Goma, the only aunt is here in Kinshasa. Unfortunately, she ended up chasing us without reason, accusing us of witches, that we are the ones blocking her house and business.
Without letting go of his little brother despite the suffering, ISAAC says: "If it is to die of hunger together with my little brother yes I will, but I will never abandon him" -THIS IS THE WORD THAT TOUCHED ME SO MUCH."©Standard Gazette, 2021.
