Eritrea’s President Isaias Afwerki Arrives In Kenya For A Two-Day Visit
Kenya’s Defence Cabinet Secretary Aden Duale and Foreign and Diaspora Affairs counterpart Alfred Mutua on Wednesday morning received the President of the Republic of Eritrea Isaias Afwerki at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA) as he commences a two-day official visit in the country.
The visiting Head of State is set to have bilateral engagements with his host, President William Ruto, on various areas of cooperation between the two countries at the State House in Nairobi.
Also present to receive the visiting Head of State was Commander Kenya Army Lieutenant General Peter Njiru and Eritrean Ambassador in Kenya Mr. Beyene Russom, among other dignitaries.
