Five Kenyans were on Friday charged with holding illegal assembly.
The five are Jack Odhiambo, John Aura, Asalmus Ochieng, Evans Oburu and Beatrice Adala.
They are accused of committing the offence on July 19, 2023, in or around Korogocho, Nairobi.
Appearing before a Nairobi Court, the suspects were charged with causing obstruction to other road users and inflicting fear on the public.
They pleaded not guilty and were released on Ksh50,000 ($351) bond.
The case is set to be mentioned on August 15.
