Four Arrested For Robbing Tourists In Isiolo

Police have arrested four suspected robbers believed to be part of the group who attacked and robbed tourists of their valuables at a game drive within Buffalo Springs Natural Swimming Pool in Isiolo County, Eastern Kenya.

The incident was captured on camera, whose clip has since gone viral.

Following leads, police caught up with them at Arches Post Merti Junction, Samburu East, as they were fleeing.

On further investigations, the police recovered one camera, make Panasonic Lumix.

The suspects are under police custody, helping with investigations, and will be arraigned in court on charges of robbery with violence. Other accomplices at large are still being pursued.

“National police service is appealing to members of the public to volunteer any Information that may lead to the rest of those who are on the run,” said police.
