The next AgroFoodpack Exhibition will be held in Nairobi between September 2 and 4, 2022.
The three-day event has been organized by MXM Exhibitors – a Dubai-based event firm.
The expo will provide a platform for technology transfer, boosting inter-trade and enhancing the opening of the gateway between Kenya and other 16 countries from Europe and Asian nations.
Mudasir Mohammed, MXM, Expo organizer, said their objective is to tap into the Kenya government's Big Four Agenda, namely manufacturing, Universal Health Care, Food Security and Affordable Housing, by providing trade and technological exchange opportunities between Kenya and the world.
The AgroFoodpack Exhibition will cover segments Agro, Dairy and Poultry, Grains and Storage, Food and Flavors, Biscuits, Cakes, Packaging and processing Machines, Plastics etc.
"Agricultural and Manufacturing are part of the Big Four Agenda centre, and we must connect local firms to new technology to drive growth within these two sectors. By doing so, we shall be spurring their growth; hence they can double their production capacity and create better jobs for Kenyans," said Mudasir.
Aytav Poultry, Vitalac, Cbl Group, Altinbilek, Milltech, Meyer Corp, Sama Engineering, Fast cables, PEL, and Windsor Machines are among the major participants.
The event will feature approximately 1500 exhibitors from over six countries.
The expo will pave the way for technology innovators, producers, suppliers, and buyers to capitalize on emerging opportunities in one of the world's most desirable business locations.
It will also shed light on new battlegrounds for game-changing technologies, solutions, and innovations.©Standard Gazette, 2021.
