Kenyan lawmaker was on Thursday kicked out of Parliament for wearing headgear.
The National Assembly speaker Moses Wetang’ula asked MP Gabriel Kagombe to explain his choice of headgear.
While defending himself, the MP said her recently embraced a new religion that requires him to put a headgear.

He said he was exercising his rights of worship which is enshrined in the country’s constitution.
Speaker Wetang’ula further demanded to know the name of the legislator’s church, which Kagombe named as the Church of Love and Acceptance.
“It is a religion called the Church of Love and Acceptance, it is a newly registered Church by the Registrar of Society,” said Kagombe.
Wetang’ula said the church’s name was new to him and subsequently kicked him out of the chambers.
