Kenya's Lionesses have been drawn in pool B for the Rugby Africa Women's Cup in Kampala, Uganda, from October 29 to November 2.

Lionesses will open their campaign against Zambia on October 29 before facing Uganda on November 2.

Lionesses forward Bernadette Olesia is confident the team will produce good results during the showpiece.

"Training has been quite intense; we're taking each day at a time. My expectation is for us to top the pool though we know the Uganda Lady Cranes are also out to win, so we have to fight hard so that we can top the pool," said Olesia.

Team Kenya will be looking to avenge their losses to Madagascar in the 2021 edition, which they lost 27-15 and 10-0 at Nyayo Stadium, Nairobi.
