Kenya’s Women’s Soccer Coach Announces Squad for Morocco Friendlies

Beldine Odemba, the head coach of Kenya’s Women’s Soccer team, Harambee Starlets, has unveiled the squad for the upcoming two friendly matches against Morocco.

The squad comprised of experienced players and emerging talents.

Junior Starlets captains Elizabeth Ochaka and Christine Adhiambo have earned their first senior call-ups. Both impressed during the FIFA Women’s U17 World Cup and are set to strengthen the team’s defensive options.

Young goalkeeper Christine Adhiambo also joined the team from U20. Other additions are Jackline Chesang’ and Diana Cherono.

The first match is scheduled for Friday, November 29, 2024, with kickoff at 8:00 PM EAT, while the second match will take place on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, at 1:45 PM EAT.

The team is set to travel to Morocco on Tuesday, November 26, 2024, ready to build on their recent progress and showcase their potential on the international stage.
