Kenya's Director, General of Criminal Investigations, George Kinoti, met the Korean Chairman of Police and correctional forum, Rev Dr. Kim Ki Sung.

Dr. Kim Sung is also a special lecturer at the International Mind Education Institute and a preacher.

"Dr. Kim had just jetted into the country en route to west Africa and met the DCI Chief, with whom they have had a special spiritual relationship for over five years," stated the DCI.

Mr Kinoti has, over the years, drawn a lot of inspiration from Dr Kim's lectures on cultivating a sound mindset, which he has passed down to detectives and enhanced their productivity through mindset shifts and engagements.

This key ingredient has enabled the Director General to steer the Directorate to become one of the most respectable investigative bodies globally.

After their engagement, the renowned preacher, who offers lectures across the globe to organisations, public institutions and universities, also prayed for the DCI Chief and the Directorate.
