A man was reportedly killed his wife in Kisii, south-western Kenya, following an alleged domestic squabble.

The suspect, Benard Makori, is said to have hit his wife with a blunt object before fleeing away.

The area chief told the media that the suspect called on Tuesday to inform him about his wife’s death.

The deceased’s body was taken to the Kisii Referral Hospital mortuary while the hunt for the suspect is underway.
