A Milimani Court has convicted a man for conspiring to attack Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC), Nairobi, in 2019.
The Court heard that Victor Odede Bwire, alias Abdulaziz was found giving security instructions to a terrorist in conspiracy with accomplices in Somalia who are yet to be arrested.
Prosecutor Harrison Kiarie proved the case after presenting 11 witnesses, including an FBI agent.
