A Kenyan Man was on Thursday charged in a court of law for sodomizing his son.
The court heard that the accused person committed the offence on February 1 in the Nairobi estate of Riruta.
On the fateful day, the victim's mother was alleged to have left him with the father, and upon returning, he found the boy with walking difficulties. She examined the youngster, who explained what his father had done.
The mother then waited for the man to return, at which point she confronted him about the blunder, for which he expressed regret.
The incident was reported to the police, who thereafter apprehended and arraigned him.
The suspect disputed the accusations when he appeared before Kibera Senior Principal Magistrate Phillip Mutua.
He was released on a Ksh500,000 (USD$5000) bond with a surety of the same amount.
