Police in Kenya is investigating circumstances that led to the killings of a man accused of assaulting his wife.
The incident transpired in Vihiga County, Western Kenya, on Monday, March 21, 2022.
Vincent Dangwali was killed by the mob over allegations that he battered his wife.
The local authority revealed that the deceased Had a disagreement with his wife and beat her, forcing her to seek refuge at her parents’ home in the neighbourhood.
It was also alleged that the deceased had also been linked to criminal activities in the area and had an active criminal case in court.
