Moi Air Base Holds A Warrant Officers' Sensitisation Seminar

Moi Air Based (MAB) held a Warrant Officers' sensitization seminar on October 4, 2022, at the Lieutenant General Samuel Thuita Talanta Theatre Auditorium, Nairobi.

The seminar attended by Kenya Air Force Warrant Officers from MAB was meant to equip them with the requisite knowledge to ensure they carry out their supervisory roles efficiently.

The Warrant Officers were taken through training on drug and substance abuse, financial management, gender issues and resource management.

Speaking during the event, the Base Commander, MAB Brigadier Samwel Kipkorir, encouraged the participants to heed the advice given during the seminar.

"I urged you to use such seminars to improve your capacity to mentor and advice those under you," added Brig Kipkorir.

His words were echoed by the Deputy Base Commander MAB Colonel Herbert Wafula, who stressed the importance of empowering Warrant Officers in their various duties.
