A motorcycle rider has lost his life after his motorcycle collided head-on with a lorry along Sagana-Kutus road in Kirinyaga County, central Kenya.
According to eyewitnesses, the rider was overtaking another vehicle when he crashed into the lory which was coming from the opposite direction.

“We saw the rider overtaking when he suddenly collided head-on with the lorry,” said an eyewitness.
After the accident, a group of riders and locals turned against the driver, forcing him to scamper for his safety to the nearest police station.
Police have launched an investigation and if the driver is found guilty he will be charged with a traffic offence.
