Police are probing the death of a man who allegedly jumped from the 10th floor of his ward in Nairobi's Pangani area.
Samuel Kuria, 37, died after jumping from the 10th floor of Radiant Hospital, where he was admitted.
Nairobi police Adamson Bungei said a group of detectives were dispatched to the hospital to uncover what transpired and why the deceased chose to take away his life.
Kuria's body was taken to the morgue pending an autopsy.
Cases of suicides have been on the rise in Kenya, with police saying they receive up to four instances daily.
