Police officers on Friday roughed up a section of journalists who were covering MP Babu Owino’s case at Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi.
In a video going round on social media, the officers are seen chasing away journalists.
They were also filmed pushing a photojournalist on the staircase.

“Journalists being mistreated for covering Babu Owino’s release and re-arrest story now that’s total intimidation and i condemn it fully,” said Kibet Collins.
