A poll conducted by Infotrack revealed that 72 per ce nt of Kenyans believe the country is heading in the wrong direction.
According to the poll, only 15 per cent of Kenyans say the country is heading in the right direction, while 12 per cent of people remain undecided.
Respondents cited high living costs, unemployment, and poor governance as reasons why they belie ve the country is heading in the wrong way.

Kenyans over the age of 18 from all 47 counties were interviewed.
Telephone interviews were used to obtain data.
The study was carried out between July 3 and 8 from a sample size of 2,400 people.
