The 2022/23 Football Kenya Federation (FKF) Premier League Champions, Gor Mahia, will play against Kakamega Homeboyz in the FKF Charity Shield Cup on August 12 at MISC Kasarani.
Kakamega Homeboyz was the Mozzart Bet Cup winner last season.
The match is the curtain raiser for the 2023/2024 season.
In their previous 2022/23 season encounters, Gor Mahia secured a 1-0 victory against the Kakamega Homeboyz during their first-leg clash.
