The unknown group of people broke into the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA) and made away with property of unknown value in Molo, Kenya’s Rift Valley.
The robbers tied the security guard to a tree before entering the church.
The robbers are believed to have entered the church through the window, with the church officials stating they were after offertory money gathered on Sunday during a women’s event, which had been deposited in the church’s account.

They stole the Piano, Church amplifier system, Pulpit covers, and hymn books, among other items.
The PCEA church members have condemned the act, calling the police to bring the perpetrators to book.
