Police have recovered three bodies dumped in Jambo Park Forest, Nanyuki in central Kenya.
The first body of a 48-year-old man was found on Tuesday, March 1, 2022.
On Wednesday and Thursday, two other bodies were recovered from the same area. One of the bodies had bruises on the neck and another had a sharp object on the head.
According to police boss John Tarus, the deceased might have been killed elsewhere and later dumped there.
Their bodies have been moved to Nanyuki Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary awaiting a postmortem examination.
Meanwhile, police have launched investigations to unravel what led to their deaths.
Since the retrieved bodies lacked identification, the police chief stated that they had alerted other officials across the country to confirm any cases of missing persons.
